Company access and passwords stay in the existing user manager. Template and Resource visibility is controlled here without editing code.
Every authenticated portal page now includes a Report a Problem bubble. Reports appear in the Admin Control Centre with the employee and page attached.

Employee profile data is encrypted before database storage and uploaded documents are stored in a private encrypted vault outside the public portal directory. Access is taken from the authenticated server session, not browser-supplied admin flags.
Protected portal pages require a valid login before they are delivered. Idle sessions are ended after 30 minutes across company portals, templates, policies, resources and shared tools.
Select an employee first, then the company, then choose the individual templates that employee may see. The Templates tab itself remains available. Resource visibility remains a company-level setting. Company access is still managed in the User Manager. Admin accounts always retain access.

Leave a date blank when no deadline has been set. Employees only see countdowns for active dates.
Reports are stored inside the portal so they are not dependent on an employee's personal email or device.
